T2L Program

27% of T2L program participants have advanced to an executive position to date

As a participant in T2L you will:

  • join a network of cultural leaders from across Canada who have participated in T2L
  • be matched with an executive mentor who will challenge and champion you as you turn your learning into action
  • spend one hour per month, over 8 months, attending in-depth webinars focused on leadership and management topics
  • participate in a regional gathering in a city nearest to you to meet your peers and discuss current issues in leadership in Canada from your perspective
  • provide us feedback throughout the program so that we might improve on the T2L program

  • identify key issues and challenges facing leaders in Canada’s cultural sector today
  • align your professional interests, capacities and skillset with future opportunities
  • recognize how leadership skills impact the success of your career

  • have one-on-one support from top-notch executives in your field
  • have tools to lead your team, and work with partners and supporters
  • identify concrete steps you can take immediately to build your capacity to lead
