As a participant in T2L you will:
- join a network of cultural leaders from across Canada who have participated in T2L
- be matched with an executive mentor who will challenge and champion you as you turn your learning into action
- spend one hour per month, over 8 months, attending in-depth webinars focused on leadership and management topics
- participate in a regional gathering in a city nearest to you to meet your peers and discuss current issues in leadership in Canada from your perspective
- provide us feedback throughout the program so that we might improve on the T2L program
