CHRC is pleased to announce the 20 successful cultural leaders in the third cohort of its Talent to Lead (T2L) program.
Our Selection Committee for T2L3 focused on applications from leaders from Indigenous, racialized and official language minority communities. Twelve anglophones and eight francophones will be participating in T2L3, a program which includes a learning series of webinars on leadership and HR management topics by highly respected professionals from Williams HR and by the excellent teaching staff at la Chaire de gestion des arts Carmelle et Rémi-Marcoux at HEC in Montreal, in English and French, respectively. Participants have also been matched with executive level leaders for one-on-one mentorships for the duration of the program.
T2L3 participants, though dispersed throughout the country, will grow as a “cohort of peers” as did the first two T2L cohorts, sharing their learnings through the webinars and a protected website for exchanges of questions, challenges and successes.
The French program begins in December and the English in January, and they will both conclude at the end of June 2019. Regional meetings are set to bring together all 3 cohorts of T2L in March 2019 in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal and Fredericton.
