T2L’s mentorships are designed to build a relationship between mid-career cultural managers and executive leaders with the goal of advancing the professional and personal development of managers.
We strive to create a relationship that is based on mutual trust and respect and that offers personal and professional advantages for both the mentee and the mentor.
Our mentors are experienced cultural executives who are trusted advisors and role models – people who have “been there” and “done that”. Throughout our 8-month program, mentors will support and encourage mentees by offering suggestions and knowledge through on-line and/or in-person sessions.
